  • Elaboration of equipment-based drafts to safety and reliability standards for an agent distillate desulfurization plant in the context of a safety appraisal using the check list method as well as the following implementation of the corresponding HAZOP at the customer
  • Mapping out a model in Visual Flow 5.0 (SimSci-Esscor™) and making the appropriate simulation study to determine the streaming conditions in a system of pipings, furnace and stripper in the case of pipe burst in the upstream highly pressurized heat exchanger of an HDS plant
  • Issue and update of a basic specification for valves and instruments in the context of the construction of an ethylene plant in the arabian region as well as in the context of a revamp of an ethylene plant in the european region. The co-ordination and the data management between several / all involved departments (chemistry, measurement and control technology, operating technology, process engineering, apparatus engineering, machine technology) ensured the successful completion of this task
  • Basic design including the appraisal of investment costs of a petroleum gas desulfurization plant by exercising the coordination tasks of the specialty departments (layout planning / construction planning / EMSR-planning). The communicating of the results to the costumer completes this job
  • Concept definition and basic design for a tank truck terminal for waste sour water out of a sour water stripper of a refinery plant
  • Basic design of several energy saving projects including the corresponding calculation of the investment costs.
