  • Support and consulting of a project team via simulation-technical expertise in Aspen Plus 2004.1 with the completion of basic engineering for an IPA plant
  • Support of the production engineer inter alia in the context of energy saving projects:
    • Appraisal of usableness of various heating media as an alternative to water vapour
    • Basic design including the appraisal of investment costs of a recuperator project/sewage combustor. Study of various plant arrangements with and without a secondary thermal oil cycle
    • Basic design including the appraisal of investment costs of a TMPip plant
  • Feasibility study of an H2SO4 enrichment facility
  • Basic design including the appraisal of investment costs and the operating expense of an H2SO4 enrichment facility
  • Implementation of a mass and enthalpy balance of a TCS-Synthesis in AspenPlus V7.1: Handling of non-database components, choice of the thermodynamic, plant rating and optimization
  • Inhouse training of the customer personnel on AspenPlus V7.1: Introduction in AspenPlus
  • Inhouse training of the customer personnel on the simulation of a TCS-Synthesis with AspenPlus V7.1. Onsite simulation support
